An internship with Global Aid Network is a 1-2 year position for individuals to serve in ministry and develop leadership skills.

As an intern you will have the opportunity to demonstrate the love of God, through word and deed, to hurting and needy people around the world through relief and development.

The program includes:

• A 40 hour work week under a supervisor at the Global Aid Network headquarters in Dallas, TX or the Distribution Center in Lancaster, PA
  • Placement depends on education, experience, and skills
  • Job descriptions will be developed according to departmental needs
• Valuable experience working at a non-profit organization
• Discipleship and ministry training with a mentor on a regular basis
• Participation in staff and small group prayer
• At least one overseas mission trip

Interns develop their own financial support teams to fund their work and travel with Global Aid Network for the duration of the internship.

The intern program is designed to give participants exposure to and valuable work experience with many aspects of working in a humanitarian, non-profit organization. Job placement is determined by conversations with departmental leaders and the participants. Passions, interests and skills are matched with ministry needs as best as possible. A successful internship is the goal of Global Aid Network and an intern's ability to flex and adapt to current ministry and world priorities is critical for achieveing this goal.
