Because it challenges Christians  to go beyond their comfort zone by such commitments as relocating to Dallas,  Texas or Lancaster, Pennsylvania; raising their own salary through donations  from others; and many other exciting opportunities to grow during their  spiritual walk with God.

What is  Missionary Staff?
Missionary staff members are people who have gone through a formal application  process to join Campus Crusade for Christ, have met specific qualifications,  and have completed new staff training and who have developed their own team of  ministry partners who provide prayer and financial support for the staff member  (hence, the term "Missionary Staff").

The Global Aid Network team consists of missionary staff, salaried and hourly staff, and volunteers.
